New name, same unwavering commitment to quality
Royal Rehab Private Petersham, formerly known as MetroRehab Hospital, has been providing rehabilitation services to the Inner West community for over 30 years. The 37-bed private hospital offers both day and inpatient services, and specialises in neurological, stroke, Parkinson’s, orthopedic and musculoskeletal, reconditioning, cancer, and pain management programs.
In 2019, MetroRehab Hospital merged with Royal Rehab, a leading rehabilitation and disability services provider in Australia, further enhancing the capabilities of both organizations.
In February 2023, the hospital was officially renamed Royal Rehab Private Petersham, marking a significant milestone in the organisation’s alignment of staff, operations, vision, and strategy with that of Royal Rehab.
With the rebrand, clients and referrers can expect a clearer understanding of the comprehensive services offered across all Royal Rehab sites, resulting in a seamless patient and client experience. Royal Rehab Private Petersham remains committed to delivering the highest quality care and service to patients, clients, and referrers as it begins this new chapter.
