Our rehabilitation nursing team plays an important role in assessing and managing health issues associated with disability, illness and injury. Adopting a wellness model of care, our skilled and compassionate team provide therapeutic interventions and advise on managing your health while living well. Our nurses can support with such areas as continence and scripting; education and strategies to manage bladder and bowel issues; skin, pressure and wound management strategies; and medication advice.

Nursing is part of our rehabilitation programs at MetroRehab Hospital in Sydney. Our programs take a multidisciplinary approach to physical rehabilitation that include a range of disciplines personalised to suit your needs. Other services offered by MetroRehab Hospital include LSVT LOUD, (internationally renowned programs for Parkinson’s disease), PD Warrior®, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, speech pathology, occupational therapy and dietetics.

Fees & Charges
MetroRehab Hospital has established contracts with all major health insurers and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs to minimise your costs. In many cases the fee is covered by the health insurer, however we encourage you to check with your fund if any additional charges apply to your health policy.
