Take exercise to new heights with hydrotherapy. This day program service uses the properties of water and thermal effects to boost strength and improve mobility.
What is hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy helps to build strength and improve your range of movement and function. One of the many facilities we have at MetroRehab in Sydney, is our hydrotherapy pool. The unique properties of water, the decreased effects of gravity and the effects of buoyancy, can assist with recovery after surgery and managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
