What are the benefits of hydrotherapy?

The many benefits of hydrotherapy include:

  • Increase in strength

  • Improvement in mood and sleep
  • Stress relief
  • Weight loss

Tailor-made for you

The hydrotherapy pool is set in a comfortable air-conditioned environment and used for both individual and group therapy sessions to support our clients as part of their rehabilitation programs. You may begin with simple movements in the water, building up to water exercise classes to deep water running or fitness. With our highly trained team, you may be amazed at the progress you make.
