Patient Facilities and Services

Patient

Enjoy an array of library books, board games and DVDs as well as free to air TV, Foxtel and free Wi-Fi. You need only ask our staff if you would like a cup of tea or coffee. Coffee making facilities are also available for your visitors.

Telephones

All our rooms are fitted with complimentary Foxtel channels, and you’ll have your own bedside television. You’ll also have a direct line telephone to stay in contact with family and friends. You will not be charged for local calls, only for STD, international and calls to mobiles. Please be aware that insurers do not cover the costs of phone calls. On discharge, the Reception Team will provide you with an invoice for any calls you have made.

Newspapers

Complimentary newspapers are available in our common areas and you can request a complimentary Sunday newspaper. If you would like your own newspapers delivered to your room, simply ask our Reception Team Members. On discharge, they will provide an invoice for any deliveries.

Mail

For your convenience mail and gifts are delivered directly to your room. Stamps for mail can be purchased at our reception desk and our Reception Team will gladly post your mail for you.

Laundry

If you require laundry services simply ask our nursing or housekeeping staff for details of our laundry concierge service. All laundry can be professionally cared for offsite for a small fee.

Pharmacy

Our pharmacy will provide any medications you require during your stay and bill you directly for anything not covered by your Insurer. Please bring your current medication with you to ensure it can be properly incorporated into your complete rehabilitation program.

Hairdressing

Why not relax and pamper yourself with our hairdressers and beauty therapists. Simply ask any of the Nursing Team Members to organise an appointment and pay the hairdresser or beauty therapist directly.

Podiatrist

Treat your feet to good health with a visit from our Podiatrist. Simply ask the Nursing Team to organise an appointment and pay the Podiatrist directly. Some Insurers do cover podiatry costs and our nursing staff can help you with making these enquiries.
