Enjoy an array of library books, board games and DVDs as well as free to air TV, Foxtel and free Wi-Fi. If you would like a cup of tea or coffee, just ask one of our friendly staff members. Coffee making facilities are also available for your visitors onsite.
All rooms are fitted with complimentary Foxtel channels, and you’ll have your own bedside television. You’ll have a direct line telephone within your room to stay in contact with family and friends. You will not be charged for local calls. You will only be charged for international calls and calls to mobiles. Some insurers may or may not cover the costs of phone calls. Please check with your insurer directly. On discharge, the reception team will provide you with an invoice for any calls you have made.
For your convenience, mail and gifts are delivered directly to your room. Stamps for mail can be purchased at our reception desk and our Reception Team will gladly post your mail for you.
If you require laundry services, simply ask our nursing or housekeeping staff for details of our laundry concierge service. All laundry can be professionally cared for offsite for a small fee.
Our pharmacy will provide any medications you require during your stay and bill you directly for anything not covered by your insurer. Please bring your current medication with you to ensure it can be properly incorporated into your complete rehabilitation program.
Why not relax and pamper yourself with our onsite hairdressers and beauty therapists. Simply ask any of the nursing team to organise an appointment and pay the hairdresser or beauty therapist directly.
Treat your feet to good health with a visit from our podiatrist. Simply ask the nursing team to organise an appointment and pay the podiatrist directly. Some insurers do cover podiatry costs and our nursing staff can help you with making these enquiries.
